I need help... I could change my Upgrade Account, but I have a problem

Hello.
I could change my Upgrade Account, but the system only  allow me get it if I use payza.
I would chage my Upagrade Account paying by paypal.
Is it possible?
Anybody can help me???

No, it's not possible, this site only use payza.
